Best-in-class interpreting solutions for product presentations and Q&A sessions

The word “consecutive” literally means “one after the other”. During consecutive interpreting the interpreter allows the speaker to elaborate on an idea before interpreting it. Since it may take as long as 4-6 minutes the consecutive interpreter typically takes notes.
During such interpreting, the interpreter is an active participant and is in direct contact with the audience e.g. by standing by the side of the presenter. Consecutive interpreting is often conducted during official business negotiations, presentations, and trainings. It is frequently reciprocal between the foreign languages used.
Since the speaker presents in the first-person singular and the interpreter, assuming the role of the presenter, automatically uses the first-person singular as well.
